1.Door can be made into usagefor interioror for exterior:

a)Engineered solid wooden door for interior,will not bend or crackbut can not be soaked in water.

Door structure: fir wood core, natural hardwood surrounded in the lipping, tongue and groove glued together under high pressure, veneered with natural hardwood.

b)Complete solid hardwood doorfor exterior,the whole door set is made of hardwood, firm and strong but costly, can survive rain and snow weather.

2. Door skeleton production process: completely machine shaping, compact and solid.

3. Double clear or frosted glass inserts, nice and protective.

4. Door finish:

a)Lacquer, original wood colour and grain are kept, looks natural.

b)Painting, six coats of environment friendly PU paint, can be matt or polish.

c)Oil stain, featuring big and heavy wood grain, looks and feels coarse.

5. Door jamb: frame with brick molding, with rubber seal.

6. Wood species: ash, sapeli, chempaka, Chinese cherry, black walnut, meranti, American cherry, makore, oak, maple, teak, mahogany, bubinga, wenge, merbau etc.

7. Packing: EPE, plastic bag, foam board and heavy cartons.The door can not be pre-hung because of the transportation.

8. Doors hardware: lock, handle, hinge, stopper, self-closing, bolt, peephole, etc.

We can make lock hole on the door while hinge groove must be done when assembling because of the roughness adjustment.

9. Door size is customized.Standard 2000*800*40 in mm, or 80*32*1 3/4 in inch.

a)We can deliver the doors to Guangzhou or Foshan free of charge.

b)FOB port is Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

c)We can offer shipping service. DDU price term is not available for LCL order.

12. Order procedure:

a)Choose a door model from our collection or send us your own door style in picture.

b)Make clear the size of door set.If your wall is an exist one, then you have to measure the wall opening size for us. If your wall is not built yet and can be adjustable as per the door, then you can construct the opening according to the door size provided by us.

c)Select a final door configuration according to actual door size and design.

d)Make a decision of door opening way so that we can make lock hole accordingly.

e)We will make a manufacture CAD drawing as per door design, size and configuration for final confirmation.

f)After all the details are nailed down, we will prepare a proforma invoice for closing the deal.

g)We request 30% of order amount as downpayment and balance before shipment.

h)We will start producing as soon as we get the bank slip of downpayment. Normally it will take us about 30 days to produce the door.

i)After the door is finished, you can come and check or we can send you some pictures for inspection. Once the rest of payment is received, we will deliver the door or arrange the shipment right away.
