Milieu is the brand of the timber flooring. Milieu's standard flooring is made up to 7 layers of plywood and a 3.5mm top layer of the selected wood species.

Currently we are promoting the flooring asFour Season Collection. With Four Seasons, you can choose from Oak, Beech, Ash and many more, depends on your preference in color and atmosphere you want to create.

Moreover, we concern the consumers' needs as well as the environment. And so we emphasise on the touching with real wood, the variety of choices and eco-friendly. All the timber are imported from France and chosen by specialist to make sure the logs are top grades. We provide 2 different kinds of coating depends of customers choices, UV Lacquer or Wood Wax Finishes which the oils are all imported from Germany. Our manufacturing process with glue and coating also produce no toxic gas and hazardous residue as the level of formaldehyde (VOC) standard of Europe is E0.

Production Line Procedure:

Milieu always asks for the best quality of products for the customers and so we are very strict on every step in the production line. Each piece of flooring needs to go through the following 35 steps to finish and with each step there are masters monitoring.

Sanding → De-nipping → De-dusting → Primer + UV curing → Application of basecoat → Brushing Station → IR oven tunnel → UV oven → Application of basecoat → UV oven → Belt → Application of light filler (basecoat) → UV oven → Sanding → De-dusting → Application of light filler (basecoat) → Sanding → De-dusting → Application of basecoat → UV oven → Application of basecoat → UV oven → Application of basecoat → IR oven tunnel → UV oven → Belt → Sanding → De-dusting → Application of topcoat → UV oven → Belt → Application of topcoat → IR oven tunnel → UV oven
