E-8 Water Soluble Polyurethane

Introduction

It is a polymer compound that mainly made up by toluene diisocynate and trihydroxy-soluble polyether. It can be reacted with water, the volume expands quickly so that seals and blocks the leakage passage rapidly.

Main points of construction

1.Enlarge the leakage, chisel it as a V, and swash with water.

2.Burygrout nipple inthe V groove, and fix with plugging cement.

3.Grout into the V groove with grouter till it is full, and truss the grout pipe in case overflowing (Control the pressure in 0.2-0.3Mpa).

4.Cut the exposed grout nipple when it solidifies, and flatten with cement mortar. Bury grout nipple in the V groove on tiny cracks with a 65°angle.

*Wear labor protection appliance.

*Pay attention to pressure gage to avoid the pipe blasting.

*In case it goes into eyes or touch the skin, wash immediately with plenty water or go to a doctor for further treatment.

*Use acetone to wash the tools.

Storage and transport

Store in well-ventilated place and dry place, and do not touch with water or tidal air.

Keep from fire and high temperature during transport.

Shelf life: 12 months.
