Product Information

Bamboo decking or terrace bamboo flooring is installed outside, like garden,

swimmingpool, public area because it is anti-moldy, long-life flooring.

Bamboo decking is made out of strand woven bamboo flooring and we do the oil

on the decking, so it will be water proof and it can last a long time.

Strand woven bamboo flooring has very unique design and the density is much

higher than regular flooring, it is 1,100kg / m3, so it is really strong and it is not so

easy to be bending or cupping.

How to install

1.ground preparation: laying the ground, constructing 12-15cm of concrete on the

ground.

2.fixed the keels:making holes on the ground with percussion drill after concreting,

the space between two holes must be 35-40 cm, installing the wood plug into the

holes.Making holes which diameter same as the nails into wood plug in the dry,

anticorrosive and hard wooden keel,and then fixing the nail into the wood plug to

fix the keel,the best space between two keels is 38-45cm.

3.fixed method

a:strand woven bamboo flooring:when installing the first board,making single row

holes which diameter is two thirds of the nail in the distance of 30 mm from the

lateral board,fixing one side of the board with nail. and then combinning all the boards with buttons ,fixing the last board with nails.

b:strand woven bamboo(wainscot board):install the keels on the wall and fix the wainscot board on the

keels.making holes which diameter is two-thirds of the nail with the distance of

25mm from the two lateral boards.

REMARK:ALL THE NAILS,KEELS MENTIONED BEFORE IS SPECIAL MAKED

TO FIX OUR STRAND WOVEN BAMBOO.
