1. About MOQ
Normal MOQ of these heating rails is 50pieces.
OEM with client’s brand requires a MOQ of 100pcs.

2.About sample
Sample order is ok; no quantity limitation but better no more 5 pieces each model

3.Are these heating towel rails waterproof?
Yes, all models with IP55 grade, no problem to be used in bathroom.
However, users need to pay more attention about the plugs which are not waterproof

4. All cord will be with right type plug, such as UK, Europe, and US type plug etc.

5. Is it safe?
These heating rails have been CE, LVD, EMC, GS and UL approved.

6. Will it get too hot and cause a fire?
No such worries, each unit has internal over heat protection, electricity will be powered off once
body temperature over 70-80 degree C.

7. About shipping
For samples or small order, shipment normally by courier door to door,
For mass order, can be by courier, air or sea, all will be ok, depends on clients.

8. Can I custom the shape?
No problem, we can do ODM for you, and design the shape or style as your prefer.

9. Application
Can be used as towel rails, clothes dryer, shoes drier, also used a warmer.
