The base materials should be smooth, strong, clean, and dry and non-grease, concrete curing admixture and other loose materials.

Product usage

Depend on the thermal insulation thickness.

1.Mix thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar and water as mixing ratio of 25: (26-5) kg, string completely and standing for 5 minutes, then stir again to get better effect.

2.Plaster the mortar on the wall evenly, leveling with scraper; the thickness of mortar for each time should be about 2 centimeters, and interval is about 24hours.

3.The curing time of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar should be more than 5 days, depending on the thickness and temperature.

4.The insulation layer should be covered by alkali resistant mash cloth and mortar overlay which should use the polymer mortar with good flexibility and excellent water resistance.

1.It should be operated in5 °C-40 °C environment.

2.The crust should be removed the surface of mortar becoming dry and strong.

3.Never mix the dried mortar with water to reuse.

Keep in cold and dry place, unopened product is valid for 1 year.

YUNYAN anti-crack mortar forms a highly flexible layer,reduces crack transmission in ceramic tile, thin brick, marble and stone installed using thin-set method.

1.Base plane should be no grease, release agents, rusty metal, wooden meal, paint, plastic, dust and other any pollutants which can affect the cohesive strength of mortar.

2.The base materials should be pre-wet by water before construction.

3.Treat the base plane by interface treatment agent to improve the cohesive strength when repair the concrete.

Pour one pack (50kg) of anti-cracking plaster mortar into a container with 10-10.25L water, stir completely with electric stirrer for 3-5 minutes. Then scrape the paste until getting required thickness.

Product could harden under normal temperature conditions. The construction no need water maintenance, but need water maintenance in high temperature and dry weather to ensure the strength development.
