From the very outset, ESpai Sistemas has been a leader in the design and manufacture of folding aluminum systems and retractable roofs which have been fully developed and are capable of providing solutions to meet any requirements.

Retractable Aluminium Roof Enclosure:

The detailed design of the profiles that make up the system ensure that they are extremely strong as well as lightweight. They can also be installed with rainwater gutters and downpipes.

Balcony Folding Glass :

Glass Tempered Balcony systems, frameless, enjoy all year your overviews.

* The Series M-32 Tempered Glass Enclosure provides an all glass sliding screen without vertical framing around the glass. Translucent gaskets provide complete air tightness between each glass leaf all of which are able to be operated independently thus providing an extremely versatile and attractive screen.

* The glass leaves are manufactured using, 8mm or 10mm tempered glass with fully polished edges which give safe and easy operation. The opening of the leaves can be outwards as well as inwards. An ingenious stacking mechanism allows all the leaves to be slid to one side and neatly parked into a recess that allows a totally clear opening without encroaching into the roof space.

Since the system is top running there are several options for the bottom guide to provide solutions in different applications.

Thus the bottom guide can be fully embedded or left as a surface barrier.

* The system also has a compensating profile for those situations where the opening may be uneven or out of square and this together with various options for locking prove to be another reason to consider this beautifully engineered product.

Finishes are available in Powder Coat (210 colors in the RAL Classic Range), anodized or imitation wood grain.

* T5000 Motorised, opening COBERTECNIC roofs, consisting of three, four or five panels, allowing for openings of 2/3, 3/4 or 4/5 of the entire roof surface. In this case it is always the top panel that must remain fixed in place.

* These roofs are supplied direct from the factory with the panels fully assembled, the tracks and the attachment supports, with the motor fitted, and the rest of the sections cut to length and ready to be installed on site.

* The maximum extension possible with the 4-rail track is 7 meters.

* The maximum extension possible with the 3-rail track is 4.5 meters.

* T5000 roofs come with 16 mm thickness cellular polycarbonate panels, 16 mm sandwich anels or glass panes. The composition of double-glazed panels is 3+3 laminate on the interior, a 15 mm gap and a hardened 4 mm glass panel on the outside. 4+4 glass laminates can also be ordered.

T3000 Reversible:

* COBERTECNIC reversible opening roofs always consist of three panels and allow for an opening of 2/3 of the entire roof surface. The roof opening is fully reversible, by means of panels that can be slide to the top, bottom, or middle section of the roof.

* These roofs can be easily assembled in combination with any other model from the COBERTECNIC series and are supplied direct by the factory in fully assembled, independent modules, ready to install in an easy and economical way.

* These roofs may be glazed using cellular polycarbonate or 16 mm sandwich panels. The longest panel size we can handle is 4.5 meters.
