Six: Purity testing, we put the samples in the burner, and burn down the organic matters to testing the purity of the profile;

Seven: Micro extruder, connected with computer, to studing the heat stability, shear stability,

flow and curing behavior of the theremoplastic materials, under the actual processing,

continuous and reliable to determined the rheological properties of the systerm.

Eight: Double roller plastic refining machine, using for testing the color and abberation and correction the color.

Nine: Corner strength testing, we random cluster sampling for every 12 hours for every production line.

All the things we have done is to make sure that no sub-quality products flow into the market!
