tyre retreading drying room

Function:

Dry the retreading tyres which have been cleaned to avoid water left on the tyres.

The first step of retreading tyre is to wash the tyres. Wash away the mud and other waste on the tyre. However, the washed tyre will be wet and residual water in it, which will make a difference on quality of retreading without drying it. And the most differences are as followings:

1. The water penetrates into inner of tyre through the nail holes, corrode steel wire in tyre.
2. The wet tyre will affect the quality of pasting.

How it works:

1. After examination, place suitable and able to retread tyres into drying room.
2. Close the front and back door of drying room.
3. Swith on power, adjust temperature to 50-60 ,and dry up for 30-60 minutes.
4. Ensure clear away water on dried tyres completely.
5. Further insure tyres quality.

Specification:

There is no fixed standard of the size of drying room and the way of drying. Each customer’s need will vary from output of retreading tyre and local environment. We will customize actual size to meet clients’ need.
