The automatically climbing formwork is composed of panels, scaffoldings and working platforms, automatically achieves panel circle and scaffolding and working platform lifting by its hydraulic system, electric control system, devices attached to wall and climbing devices, The system improves efficiency of 50% compared with traditional process, saves panels of 40% compared with turnover formwork, saves special transporter cranes.

Features:

Tunnel formworks are widely used in the field of housing construction, mainly for unit buildings, hotels, student dormitories, barracks and prisons. The formwork can be used to cast monolithic house concrete, unit by unit circularly, and it can be wholly stripped, set up and transferred, which improves construction effectiveness and reduces costs.

The tunnel formwork has a space span of 2.4-6.6 meters, which is easy to fractionize and allows constructing smaller spaces. When a longer span (up to 11 meters) is required, the formwork can extend by mid- span.
