2.the price of size 920mm&960mm(width) maybe a little cheaper if there is smaller size to go with then for the same order.
2.Payment: by T/T 30% prepayment before production, the remain 70% shall be paid against the copy of B/L , 100% L/C at sight also acceptable.
3.Delivery: usually effected from Xingang port with 20days , after receiving the 30% prepayment.
4.Packing: in pallets or bulk, 250 pcs in one pallet, and 12 pallets ( that is 3000pcs) in a 20ft container, 4000-5000 pcs in a 40ft container( for standard size)
5. Loading quantity: (one 20 feet container)
1) width:660-720mm, 3500pcs
2) width :720-870mm, 3000pcs
3) width:870-1050mm, 2500pcs
if loose in 20 feet container:
1)width:660-820mm, 4200pcs
2)width:820-960mm, 3600pcs
3)widht:960-1050mm, 3000pcs
4)of mixed sizes, usually about 4000pcs.
Usually we don't choose 40 feet container, because it will be overweight if fully loaded, 40ft container can hold at most 5000 pcs, net weight of one piece door skin is about 5kg( size: 850*2150*3.0mm).
