Shunan polymer cement ceramic tile adhesive
A grey cement based adhesive should be selected for most floor tiling with porcelain or ceramic tiles, or with tiles that will grouted with dark colours on a wall ,suitable for fixing any kind of ceramic tile to floors or walls in interiors or exteriors.

This type of tile adhesive or glue is used for general tiling on solid concrete or masonry walls and floors. This tile adhesive or glue is generally cheaper than other types of tile adhesive as it is a basic cement based non flexible adhesive. This adhesive should not be used on cracked cement floors or where some movement is expected. It is supplied dry and is mixed with water before being applied

Field of Application

· Used for fixing high porosity tiles (water absorption more than 6%)

· Used for fixing tiles on internal wall and floor

· Used for fixing tiles on dry and damp area

· Used for fixing tiles on rigid substrate

· Tiles fixed on walls suggested to be less than 20kg/m2

Consumption

5 - 6.5kg/m2 (typically one 25kg bag will cover 4 to 5 square metres)

Substrate Requirement

The substrate should be hard, sound, dry, flat, clean and durable

- Substrate should be flat ,hard, level, dry, and clean with normal absorption

- Clean the surface until free of grease, dust or any stains

- Old paint or plaster should be removed

- Substrate been repaired should be preserved at least 48 hours

Application Enviroment

- Ambient temperature: 5°C~35°C

- Avoid application if too hot or freezing weather

- Avoid application under direct sunlight and strong wind

- Keep out of the reach of children

- Avoid breathing the dust

- In case of contact with eyes,rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor
