Features of LNH-S027 olycarbonate roofing material sheets

1. Good processing

l It is ideally suited to thermoforming and can be formed into complex shapes using standard thermoforming equipments. The forming temperature range of 185-205oC.

2. Chemical resistance

l It has sufficient resistance to most mieral oils , aliphatic hydrocarbons and acids under low or moderate stress levels .

3. Pre-drying

l It’s important to ensure the sheet are free of moisture prior to thermoforming . A hot air circulating oven set at 120oC is recommended .

4. Assembling

l It can be assembled with plastics, metal, glass, rubber and other material using many types of adhesive bonding ,welding and mechancial fastening techniques .

5. Painting

The product is ideally suited for use with a wide variety of modern decoration techniques .
