Product Introduction:

Thermal insulation mortar of polystyrene granule is a grey (white) color solid powder.It is composed of ordinary Portland cement,polymer re dispersible emulsion powder matched with all sorts of functional additives and fill-type cementitious materials,mixing with polystyrene granules and water according to acertain proportion,the mortar has excellent adhesion,water retention and bonding property.

Uses and Features:

Applies to the wall body insulation work of multi-layers and high-layers building which wall body is made of concrete,small concrete hollow brick,sintering porous brick, and solid clay bricks and the non-clay brick etc, also applicable to all kinds of energy saving reconstruction project of old buildings.has the features of small bulk density, small thermal conductivity,high weathering resistance and higher fire proof safety performance compared with other organic materials.

Construction Methods:

1. Mix the insulation mortar and polystyrene granules according to proportion(a bag to a bag) with water (water addition :85% of mortar weight) well to a creamy, lump-free consistency. Use within 2 hours.

2. Compacted the mortar firmly during construction, Single bed thickness is within 2cm, two construction intervals should be not less than 24 hours

Note:

1. Substrate should be treated with interface treating agent before daubing.

2.Temperature:5°C~35°C

3. Avoid raining, high temperature and frost

4. Single component, just mix with water, no other addition on site
