Function:

Special equipment manufactured for thermal barrier aluminum profile. It is used to put knurling wheels on the notch of thermal barrier aluminum profile to improve the horizontal shearing force of the profile.

Working principle:

Adjust knurling wheels into the notch, draw the profile by rotating the knurling wheels, and make teeth on the inner cavity of the profile.

Features:

1. Two knurling heads, each head is driven by each motor and powered on linear guiding for horizontal adjustment by CNC separately. Two heads not only can be adjusted vertically altogether by CNC, but also can be adjusted vertically separately by hands.
2. 2 "Vulcollan" - surfaced guide rollers on linear guiding for horizontal and vertical adjustment separately.
3. "Vulcollan" - surfaced guide rollers on ball bearings, (φ85, L = 280 [mm])
4. "Vulcollan" - surfaced side rollers
5. Digital readouts for all adjustments
6. Frequency converter to vary the feeding speed
7. Optional clamps for direct strip insertion
8. EMS computer memory system can store different programs for different profiles for processing.
