•Materials

1.Portland slag cement, GB1344-1999 standard

2.Filtered rock flour or sand, maximum powder<5mm; dust<10%

•Cushion

Pave the mixed sand pulp on the ground flatly and loosely, thickness 50mm for the best, and then

put the tile on it and beat slightly on everywhere with rubber hammer to the desired height , mainly on gravity point.

•Installment

Remove the tile and pour the mortar on the cushion, and put the tile on it and beat by rubber hammer

again until it is steady and firm. Then clean the tile instantly in case that sand scratches the face of the tile. Finally

patch fissure with the same color mortar.

After inlay, cut the unsmooth plate with portable cutting machine and change it. Do not hammer by iron-hammer in case of destroying other plates.

• Maintaining

Clean the tile and wax it after inlay. Wipe the face of the tile with white oil regularly.

Transport and Store

1. The products should be handled with care. Do not throw in case of collisions.

2. The products should be keeping indoors while keeping parceled tightly outdoors

to avoid the sunning and raining.

3.The products should be palletized storage as well as the ground should be smooth,

and the height should be less than 1.4 meters. Palletizing shouldkeep neat and vertical shape.
