I'm looking for private investors (business partner) for my project in Croatia.

Explanation:

The working title of the project is:
Superior Elite Agro-tourism and the food staff production

The idea of the project is the production of eco-healthy food and drinks and offer excellent services and accommodation for a limited number of guests.
The production of healthy ecological food and beverages offered to the service on the farm and the surplus would be offered to the market through their own specialty stores in several locations.

Some part of the project envisaged the construction of luxury apartments and villas (in an authentic rural style) with pool and garden, which together would form a Green Eco-village. The settlement would be self-sustaining with its own type of energy production (solar, biomass, wind) is completely energy independent. The settlement would also have additional services, park, child-playground, sports fields, shops ... etc.
The facilities would be available for sale with a contract for the maintenance of long-standing facilities and gardens.
