UNI-PLASTER M is modified gypsum plaster ready to use, designed for machine application to most internal backgrounds such as red brick, concrete block, concrete face and aerated-concrete.

• Formulated with special additives to control working and setting characteristics

APPLICATION:

• Clean wall from all debris and fill holes bigger than 2 cm with UN I-PLASTER M or any other mortar

• On smooth concrete face use bonding compound before applying UNI-PLASTER M (recommended UNI-BOND)

• Add bags content continually into running spray machine and adjust water flow valve to 5-6 liter for every 10 kg of

UNI-PLASTER M

• Spray from bottom to top in lines at horizontal motion

• Level UNI-PLASTER M with aluminum bar

• When plaster is harder than finger skin, spray water with brush and use foam rubber sponge to polish plaster face motion to turn it into soft paste

• After 5 minutes of last step compact and finish with steel trowel

• If necessary when plaster is hard, spray water with brush and use sharp steel trowel to polish surface and cut any

in circular high spots

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Apply in one coat at thickness of mm 8 mm and max 25mm

• Do not apply at temperatures below 4.50 C

• Use clean water. Do not use water containing UNI-PLASTER M

• Spray water on dry and hot surfaces before applying UNI-PLASTER M

• Plaster machine and application tools should be cleaned

• Use internally only

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

• Store in a dry place at no more than 20 layers

• Use within one year after the date of production
