Sports cafes are becoming more and more popular in the urban, cosmopolitan areas, particularly in the international cities with a significant expat population.

Brussels, one of the Worlds most international cities has a high demand for such sports pubs, while the supply is still short, because local tradition is based on more trendy cafe and restaurant style venues.

At the moment we have already chosen have number of properties with a licence to operate as a pub or restaurant. We want to use this opportunity to turn this locations into the sports cafe with multiple TV screens, allowing visitors to watch different sports events simultaneously.

The locations are rental, but can be purchased if funds allow.

The estimated total project cost is 90.000. The minimal investment required to enroll is approximately 20.000 Euro for appropriate equipment and redecoration, and also for utility cost, rent and supplies for a first period before profits. The eventual profits are expected within 2 or 3 month of exploration, with profit margin at least 9000 euro per month after taxation and costs, growing 2-3% monthly. In a long range with a good promotion, the 25% or 30 % growth of profit margin annually can be expected.

We will create a separate entity for this project together with investors, eventually helping investors with travel documents and residence permits upon request.

The profits will be shared according the agreement with each investor proportionally to the share of investment.The profit margin will be announced quarterly.
