Sound proof foam with PVC and Aluminium layers - DL

The sound proof foam consist of three layers

First layer

Egg box faced polyurethane foam, it isself-extinguishingand offers goodsound absorbingqualities over a wide range of frequencies, which canreduce audible noise transmittedthrough solid pipe walls or cases

Second layer

Acoustic dampling layer made from PVC which provide optimalinsulation of soundfrom outside.Meanwhile itweakens sound wave and frequencyby reducing viberation.

Third layer

Aluminium foil with excellent metallic sound insulation, and free of electromagnetic shielding effect. Moreover, the reflective surface can change the sound wave angle.

The new material is used for sound and noise control of water pipe, roof and music house etc..
