1).Product Introduction
Sodium Lignosulphonate ( lignosulfonate )concrete water reducer is mainly for concrete admixture as water-reducing additive. It is low dosage , low air content .The water reducing rate is high. It adapts to most kinds of cement. It can be confected as early age strength enhancer for concrete , concrete retarder , antifreeze , pumping aids etc. There is nearly no precipitated productin the liquid additive which is made from the sodium lignosulphonate and Naphthalin-Group high-efficiency water reducer . It can lower the mixed water requirements, promote the workability of concrete admixtures and reduce formulation cost, The sodium lignosulphonate is fit for building project, dam project, thruway project etc. It is the economical one.

3).Main Performance
1,It can reduce 10% of water consumption at least;
2,It can improve mixture of the concrete;
3,There will be improvement for compression strength by more than 15% equally in 3-28 days;
4,It can reduce the heat of hydration in initial stage of the cement by a large margin;
5,There is no corrosion on the concrete reinforcing bar.

4).Operation Method
1,When 0.2-0.5% of mixing amount is in concrete (with cement weight), users can adjust the mixing amount through the test.
2,It can be used after mixing liquid, also can be put with cement , aggregated into mixer to use at the same time also. The time is needed to be lengthened properly.

3,The result is more obvious after mixing with Naphthalin-Group high-efficiency water reducer . User can determine the suitable dosage according to the result that cement variety, aggregated situation, Naphthalin-Group high-efficiency water reducer are tested fixing.

5).Notice
1,Strict control is required to avoid excessive dosage;
2,When the temperature is lower under 5 C °, common concrete projects are not suitable to use the
chemical additive independently.
3,Experiment is required to make sure the dosage before use.

6).Packaging,Storage and Transportation

Packing :There is plastic pellicle inside and is exteriorly packed with plastic woven bag with 25kgs as net weight per bag.
Storage :It shall be stored in a waterproof, rainproof place to avoid agglomeration. If there isagglomeration, smashing it or dissolving it will not affect the using effect.The product is harmless and does not deteriorate in long term storage. It's not a flammable and explosive substance.
Transportation : There will be no hooks when loading or unloading. It's suitable for both truck transportation and railway transportaion without any limit of sundries traffic or containerized traffic.
