Smart glass, PDLC Switchable glass, Magical Glass Film

PDLC(Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) glass, calls switchable glass or smart glass, it laminated smart film between 2 layers of glass. The glass could be switched between transparent and in-transparent quickly through adjusting voltage. It shows transparent while energizing, and opaque white while blackout quickly. By means of electric field theory, it could protect privacy easily and keep space permeation as well. Meanwhile, the crystal layer in the film could absorb UV, and reflect infrared rays, to be environmental protection and energy conservation as well.

We could supply smart film and smart glass both. For customers who has no facility of lamination, PDLC glass could be applied directly. For glass maker who's able to laminate glasses, we could supply PDLC film.

Two kinds of PDLC film available:

1,Non-adhesive PDLC film:this type is laminated between two pieces of glasses for making PDLC glass.The laminating process has to be done by professional factory(max size:1.8mx3m)

2,Self-adhesive PDLC film :this type is stick on surface of ready made glass, just needs skill operation, otherwise, it might cause air bubbles, edge warping. (max size:1.2mx3m)
