EXPLANATION:Light prefabricated buildings, with their production system as weldless building technology, can be applied to all kinds of layout plans according to their purposes of use in such a way that their widths and lengths will be multiples of 125 cm.

Panel measurements are 1250*2500 mm. Light prefab buildings are designed in a way compatible to more than one assembly-disassembly. All architectural plannings, designs and technical drawings are made with ARCHICAD 9 TR, STRUCAD (Structural Steel Detailing System Version-16) and Autocad, STA4CAD, CELIKPROIV softwares, engineering calculations are made with SAP 2000, CFS software by our technical staff. All material used are TSE certified.

LOAD-BEARING

SYSTEM

Consists of panel carcass, mezzanine fram, roof trusses and purlins and diagonals in galvanized rolled steel sheet in S350GD+Z (1335 ) quality (~ St52 ) or DX51D+Z (1311 ) quality (~ St37 ) extruded from rollformer machine. If required, profile wall thickness and width can be changed or industrial profiles and DKP/Galvanized column-beam reinforcement and welding/screw/bolt can be used as a result of static calculations.

WALL JOINTS

Building-Wall junctures are connected with bolts and nuts and PVC H building profiles are used for impermeability. (Jointless wall aplication is realized by using joint tape in place of PVC H as an option.)

CEILING JOINTS

8 mm fiber cement ceiling material is jointed by using galvanized steel sheet and PVC omega, PVC sheath and painted aluminum T profile (to prevent from transpiration).
