2. Aluminum Composite Panel for builing cladding is made by two layer of Aluminum skin (Alloy type: AA1100/3003/5005), with core material low density polyester(non-toxic) though thermo- laminating technology.
3. Introduction of Core material PE.
Core material is LDPE, full name is Low density polyethylene. LDPE is the low density version of PE. This has less hardness, stiffness and strength compared to HDPE, but better ductility. It is opaque and only thin foils can be transparent.

4. Introduction of higher polymer adhesive film.
Higher polymer adhesive film is used for the connection of aluminum skin and core LDPE
Typical application on the aluminum composite panel production is:
0.4mm Alu skin + 0.05mm Adhesive film+ 3mm LDPE + 0.05mm Adhesive film + 0.4mm Alu skin
5. Introduction of Coating.
The front surface of Aluminum Composite Panel is applied with a fluorocarbon resin(content of KYNAR 500 greater than 70% coating through the process of "REVERSE ROLLER COATING".
The reverse side of the cladding panel can be in mill finish or primer coated for protectio.
