DESCRIPTION

ELASTOSIL MEis a single component 100% active Silanesiloxane based water repellent, which yields a micro emulsion upon dilution with water. This micro emulsion provides excellent water repellence when impregnating or priming mineral and even alkaline substrates.

This has been specially developed to treat variety of mineral substrates including architectural concrete, concrete blocks, split face blocks, pavers, stucco, porous and dense brick /clay tiles.

Complies with Federal Specification SS-W-1 10C.

SPECIAL FEATURES

• 100% silanes and siloxanes micro emulsion.
• Does not contain solvent and surfactant
• Provides excellent water repellence and hence reduces freeze-thaw damage, cracking, spalling, chemical degradation and dirt pick up. All this increase the life of substrate and reduces maintenance cost.
• Forms micro emulsion spontaneously with water.
• Excellent penetration in absorbent mineral building materials
• High alkali resistance.
• The pores and capillaries are not sealed and hence maintain breathablity while preventing water absorption.
• There is no change in appearance of the substrate, the treated surface does not become glossy. Water based and environmentally compatible.
