Shunan SA816 Flexible Tile Adhesive

A standard setting,flexible,high strength grey cement based adhesive that allows grouting after 24 hours,and full traffic after 48 hours.the adhesive was designed to glue ceramic marble stone mosaic for wall & floor exterior interior especially for external insulation system.for easy use, on balconies, terraces, façades and on wall or floor heating systems, glazed tiles, terracotta, clinker, gres tiles, china mosaic), cement and terrazzo tiles, and non-absorbent natural stone and stone agglomerate tiles.

It is one-component adhesive specially foumulated to allow for flexibility,water resistance and increased strength,usually only achieved by the addition of latex admixtures.only water needs to be added,reducing mixing errors on site.

Field of Application

1)Used for fixing ceramic tiles,terracotta tiles,clay tiles,large size tiles stones and artificial marble

2)It is specially formulated to absorb vibration and deflection of substrates and can be used in the following areas:

Interior and exterior floors and walls,existing tiles wall surfaces,suspended floor surfaces,wet areas,swimming pools,railway stations,Used for fixing coverings on deformable substrate, such as gypsum board, fiber cement board,insulation systemetc.

The substrate should be hard, sound, dry, flat, clean and durable

Substrate Preparation
  • Substrate should be flat ,hard, level, dry, and clean with normal absorption
  • Clean the surface until free of grease, dust or any stains
  • Old paint or plaster should be removed
  • Substrate been repaired should be preserved at least 48 hours

Application Enviroment

  • Ambient temperature: 5°C~35°C
  • Avoid application if too hot or freezing weather
  • Avoid application under direct sunlight and strong wind
