1. Mechanical drive unit with solenoid locking mechanism eliminate the use of expensive electric motor and reduce maintenance cost

2. If arm rotated more than half, it will auto-rotate to the next idle position. If arm rotated less than half, it will auto-rotate back to the current idle position.

3. Built in adjustable tensioner to control rotation force to minimize over rotation. Arm just need to be pushed lightly to rotate therefore even elderly or children are able to use the turnstile.

4.High waist tripod turnstile can be configured to be bi-directional or uni-directional. Housing is locked with special key to avoid tampering.

5. When power off, the arm will be dropped down (optional set free passage when power off) to the request of fire protection. When power on, the arm can lift by hand.

6. Emergency configuration: The High waist tripod turnstilewill drop automatically by power off to provide a clear walkway for escape in the event of an emergency

7. Control panel with count and LED digital function. Traffic-light: A Red Cross symbol will illuminate to indicate the unit is not available for pass, and a green arrow indicate the direction of allowable passing.

8. It can be used for intelligent control and management of the passage after equipped with diffent access control system.

9. A valid lock action can allow one passage at one time. It will lock automatically if passage through turnstile is not completed within pre-set time, the set time(from 2-60 seconds, by default, it is 10 seconds) can be set up with the built-in small keyboard or software.

10 .Self-recovery function: The machine will recovery automatically with invalid counting if passage is not completed within pre-set time (5 seconds default, adjustable by software).

The high waist tripod turnstile itself doesn’t come with a RS485 PC software,you need purchase the RS485 door access control and card reader.But we suggest you purchase TCP/IP door access control and card reader.Because it doesn’t need converter,and use internet cable it can directly communicate with a computer.Compare with RS485 dooraccess control,It is more convenient and transfer speed much faster.

2-Can I communicate the high waist tripod turnstile direct with a PC?

No,you can’t communicate theHigh waist tripod turnstiledirectly with a pc,because the main board just outputlow level signal,but pc can not receive low level signal,so the turnstile must connect a door access control then can connect with a pc.

3 -They come with the complete command manual (if we want to develop our own software)?

For normalpassagecontrol,we have compete command manul for you.,Many clients from different contries use our software,don’t need second develop.If your company has the ability to develop your own software, we can provide SDK to you.

4-can I use just oneaccess controlcontrol 2 pcs high waist tripod turnstile ?

You can use one one access control for double doors to control 2pcs turnstile,but the 2 turnstiles must be very close,because if the distant is far,first,it will not convenient to set up the cable,second the singal will be less then can influence the whole facality.So,for 2 doors,we suggest you use 2 access control.

5-Does the turnstile have the RFID card reader inside it?

The turnstile itself doesn’t have RFID card reader inside it,you need set a RFID card reader inside it.

6-If I want each high waist tripod turnstile is bi-directional, do I need 2 sets card reader in it?

Yes,if you need bi-directional,you need set 2 sets card reader inside the turnstile.
