Geared Traction Machine (VVVF)

Advanced permanent magnet synchronous gearless machine technology is a great achievement in the elevator technology. It greatly upgrades the driving performance of the elevator by reducing the noise and vibration. Furthermore, it is also environmental friendly for the power saving and oil free, which also adds another special feature to the machine and makes it maintenance free. Due to its compact size and high efficiency, it is lately highly requested and frequently used in the high building with high speed for machine room less elevators.

Elevator Control Cabinet

Our Elevators systems adopt the 32 bit microprocessor Group control technology which can link up to eight elevators in a group control. They are also equipped with Japanese Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Inverters which assures the smooth operation of the elevators and energy saving features. However, all the major components of our controllers are imported from Japan to ensure their reliability and long life. Moreover, all our elevators are integrated with serial communication network, loop communication network, self diagnosis system, intellectual collective selection function, and group supervision dispatch system. Those features definitely enhance the elevators running speed and reliability.
