THE TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE SECTIONAL DOOR PANELS

1-The sectional doors consist of panels which exterior side construction of steel sheet ,interior side is filled up with polyuretane foam.

2-The panels have the cerifications of ISO 9001 and CE .

3-The panels are avaible in different heights : 495 mm,500 mm,610 mm,615 mm and the weight of panels are nearly 11 or 12 kg./m3.

4-The thickness of the panel is 42 mm.

5-The panels designed with a fingersafe joint detail to prevent risk of injury during the movement of the panels.

6-The panels have polyuretane foam which injected between steel sheets by high pressure to keep theambient temperature.

7- The foam is free of CFC and it prevents from corrosion and insects.

8-The nose of panel is fitted with seal providing air and water tightness

9-The tightness rubber seals with double lips are avaible on the panels which provide the tightness between top and side walls,and they protects the flexibility to -30 C

10-The bottom panels have rubber seal strip with double lips and the rubber seals provide the tightness between door and floor.

11- The Polyuretane foam’s insulation factor is 0,45 W/m C.

12-The polyuretane foam’s density is 47/kg/m.

13-The heat conductivity of the polyuretane foam is at avarage of 9,97 C and 0,0220W.

14-The panel’s exterior skins steel plates are galvanized and two side of panels are enemal painted and durable to wheather conditions.

15-The surface of the panel is coated with minimum 28 micron thick Polyester painted finish.

16-The wind resistance of the panel is 140km/h according to EN 1244 std.,Class EN 12424 and Class3.

17- The watertightness values : EN 12489,std Class EN 12425 Class2.

18- The air permeability value :EN 12427 std. Class EN 12424 Class4.

19- The sound reduction index of tge panels : RW (C:CTR)=28(-2-2)dB.

20-Embossed grain or wood texture are not being used in the panels.

21-In order to ensure durable fixing of roller carriers and hinges into panel ,reinforcement plates are installed.

22-The color of the panels are RAL 9016 white.

23—The panels are guaranteed against any nanufacturing defects for TWO years.There is an also 10 years guaranty for spare parts
