• The place of origin is in the northern channel of Ramunia Shoals, South-East of Johor, Malaysia. The concession borders approximately three nautical miles off the shores of Tanjung Penawar.
• The size of the concession is 16.86 square kilometres.
• The EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) report noted the volume of sand in that area to be in excess of 50 million cubic meters.
• The body of sand is located from a depth as low as 14 Meters on the West to as deep as 28 Meters on the East.
• Ex seabed or delivery by tugs & barges, sand carrier etc depending on the project.
