Ringlock system scaffolding introduce:

Ringlock scaffolding also named wheel disc scaffolding, Into disc scaffolding,buckle disc scaffolding, Chrysanthemum buckle type scaffold, layer frame(layer frame develped by Layer company in germany,mainly used on the large-scale concerts’ light frame or background frame).

Ringlock scaffolding is the new generation product of cuplock sacffolding.The buckle part is a disc which diameter 133mm,and thickness 10mm. Scaffold vertical is a tube of D48*3.5mm which material is Q235/Q345B. On the vertical welded many disc every specific distance ,there is 8 holes on the disc,used to jonit the posts. On the bottom of vertical post is a base collar used to connect the scaffolding and the ground. Ledger is made by a tube with two wedge welded on the ends separately.

This type scaffold mainly used on the prop designs of bridges especially the viaduct bridges, tunneling,workshop, elevated water tower,power plant,oil refinery factory,etc. And suitable to the projects’ constructions of paso elevado,span shed frame,storage rack,chimney,water tower,outdoor and indoor decorations,large-scale concerts’ stage erect,shape-make frame,ladder system,evening party’s stage erect,sports’ stands.
