Description:

The Ujoin SAC expansive agent is calcium sulphoaluminate-calcium oxide based additive for cement to compensate the dry shrinkage and induce compressive stress on concrete. After mixed up with water and normal cement, the high-performance SAC expansive agent hydrates and produces hydrated calcium sulfate and calcium hydroxide to compensate the shrinkage of the concrete.

The Ujoin SAC expansive agent is obtained by mixing up natural anhydrite and the specially manufactured clinker which mainly consists of new generation calcium sulphoaluminate and calcium oxide. After well blended with the normal cement and water in a proper proportion, they hydrated and the mortar expands during the early stage of the hydration. The expansion under restrained condition makes it possible to minimize the dry shrinkage.

The Ujoin SCA expansive agent has been widely used in anti-crack and anti-seepage of concrete, with not only amazing suitability to other admixtures and cements but also excellent compensating effect. The Ujoin SCA expansive agent has become an ideal building material to make high-performance concrete for its advantages of fast swelling rate, high strength, good stability and low shrinkage gap, weak dependence on water maintenance and distinct improvement of the pore structure and hole size distribution.

Application Scope:

The SCA expansive agent is widely used in preparation of shrinkage-compensating concrete, project of self-structure waterproof, the jointless design and construction for over-long reinforced concrete structure, mass concrete and some other special constructions and parts with requirement of crack resistance and anti-seepage.

Uses and Tips:

1. Dosage recommended: account for 8%~12% of all the gelled material in concrete.

2.The Mixing design of the high-performance concrete added SAC same as the ordinary concrete, and the practical mixing design should be confirmed by experiment.

3.The transport and vibrating are same as ordinary concrete. The self-waterproof concrete should be vibrated compacted, no leaking, no under vibration or over vibration.

4.Intensive conservation should be taken for the concrete with expansion agent, to avoid the influences result from the low temperature, dryness and sharp temperature vibration during the initial stage of the concrete hardening.

Package and Storage:

1. The product is packed by plastic bags and braided bags.

2. The product should be placed in the dry place, and handle it gently preventing damage and damp, and the stack amount should not be exceeded by 10 bags.

3. The product’s quality guarantee period is 6 months in the sealed situation, and the product should not be retested and ensure its quality before utilization unless exceeding the quality guarantee period.
