SA802 Polymer Modified Mortar For Styrofoam Coating

Field of application:

The function of this product is to protect the XPS board and fix the mesh. The finishing coat can be tile or plater, paint etc...

Water addition:
0.22 liter/ kg powder (5.5 L of Water for 25 kg of mortar)

Remarks:

1) Only mix with water, no other addition

2) The mixture must be used up in 2h

3) Avoid sunshine, high temperature and freezing

4) Avoid strong wind during application

5) Avoid rain during application

2) Styrofoam polystyrene board must be fixed stably (Wait min 24h before applying shunan. therm epsad)

3) The surface of the whole polystyrene board wall must be level
Preparation
• Polystyrene board must be fixed stably

• Make sure the whole polystyrene wall is flat
