Field of Application

· Used to fix natural stones, which thickness is less than 20mm when fixed on wall

·Used to fix natural stones both on inside and outside walls and floors

· Stone fixed on wall higher than 3.5m suggested to be fix with mechanical anchor together

· Used for fixing tiles in dry and damp area

Consumption

Typically one 25kg bag will cover 3 to 3.5 square metres (7-10kg/m2)

Application properties

1) Application temperature: 5°C~35°C

2) Pot life: 4 hours

3) Water addition: 5~7liter /25kg

4) Adjust time: 10-15 min

Substrate requirement

The substrate should be hard, sound, dry, flat, clean and durable

Substrate Preparation
  • Substrate should be flat ,hard, level, dry, and clean with normal absorption
  • Clean the surface until free of grease, dust or any stains
  • Old paint or plaster should be removed
  • Substrate been repaired should be preserved at least 48 hours

Application Enviroment

  • Ambient temperature: 5°C~35°C
  • Avoid application if too hot or freezing weather
  • Avoid application under direct sunlight and strong wind
