SA Ceramic Tile Mortar

Thin-bed mortar for placing and laying ceramic tiles in dry and wet areas.

· Packaging size: 25 kg paper sacks

· Shelf life: Approx. 6 months if stored in a tightly sealed container, in cool and dry conditions. Use products in opened containers as soon as possible

SCOPE OF USE

For fixing stoneware and earthenware tiles and mosaics made of ceramics and stoneware.

For laying ceramic tiles and slabs with a profiled back indoors, outdoors and in permanently wet areas.

For use on all cement -bound substrates with dimensionally stable plasterboard substrates

CONSUMPTION

Typically one 25 kg bag will cover 4 - 5 square meters (5 ~6 kg/m^2₎

Base: Cement combination with mineral fillers and additives

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

1) Substrate should be flat ,hard, level, dry, and clean with normal absorption

2) Clean the surface until free of grease, dust or any stains

3) Old paint or plaster should be removed

4) Substrate been repaired should be preserved at least 48 hours

APPLICATION

1) Ambient temperature: 5°C~35°C

2) Avoid application if too hot or freezing weather

3) Avoid application under direct sunlight and strong wind

1) May be sensitive to skin in case of contact.

2) Keep out of the reach of children

3) Avoid breathing the dust

4) In case of contact with eyes,rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor

5) Wear suitable protective clothing,gloves and eye/face protection
