Roofing Metallic foil insulation material - Aluminum foil bubble insulation

This is a brand newenvironmentally-friendlyheat insulation material which is soft, light and easy to install. It is made fromaluminum foil (plated aluminum) and polyethyleneby special machinery.

It has no odor and toxicity. The polyethylene bubble between the aluminum foil can be more than one layer and can be made with different colors and fire retardant (flameproof bubble and flameproof woven, etc.). Besides, the diameter of the bubble can be ranged from 7-35mm and the thickness of it can be ranged 2-8mm.

The outer layer also can be printed with different colors or laminated with polyethylene. This product contains no harmful substances, which can be satisfied the demands ofISO14000certification requirements international environmental protection. It is not only overcomes the discomfort and environmental damage caused by glass fiber and foam material but also avoid damages caused by ultraviolent radiation that can penetrate through sheet iron, concrete, wood and other common heat insulation material.

The special lamination of polyethylene and aluminum foil /plated aluminum which has good function on reflecting light and thermal makes the heat insulation not only has good functions on insulation, thermal reflection, heat protection, counter radiation but also has good functions on moisture proof and heat insulation and energy saving when used as building material (roof, wall and floor etc.). Besides, this product also can be added one layer of PE woven cloth on the original aluminum foil and polyethylene, which greatly enhances tensile strength and tearing resistance strength without change its original characteristics.
