PRODUCT:
K95 READYPLAST FBE is a premixed fiber reinforced ready to use cement based
mortar for external as well as internal plaster which ensures waterproof, crack free plaster
of consistent quality.. K95 READYPLAST FBE is a mixture of graded inert fillers,
additives binder and fiber. Generally meets the requirements of IS 2250-1981.
PURPOSE:
K95 READYPLAST FBE can be used to improve the quality of external and internal
plastering work by factory controlled product.
PACKING:
25kg, 40 kg of woven bag.
APPLICATION:
Mixing : Take precise quantity of water & pour into mechanical mixer or can be loaded
into plastering machine and slowly add the K95 READYPLAST FBE mortar into mixer
at a ratio of 0.15 W/P ratio and mix it thoroughly for application.
Application : Clean the substrate take out loose particles. Wet the surface except those of
cement concrete blocks thoroughly and apply K95 READYPLAST FBE to achieve
uniform thickness and level surface. Mixed K95 READYPLAST FBE after adding water
should be used within 60 minutes
