High-density chipboard panels
The raised flooring range made of high-density chipboard panels is very wide. These panels comply to the European Standard EN12825 and are tested in accordancy to the EN 13501.
Moreover, we also manufacture chipboard panels complying with the British PSA/MOB Standard, with much higher requirements in terms of load class. Panels can be manufactured in antistatic or conductive version.
The upper side of the panel is bare or with a glued layer of aluminium foil, steel, melamine, PVC, linoleum, rubber, carpet, hard laminate or stone.
The edges are cut under 5° and finished with an edge band made of a mix of PVC and ABS and of PVC for the conductive version.
The bottom side of the panel is bare or with a glued layer of aluminium foil against humidity or galvanized steel depending on the desired point load.
The standard dimension is 600x600 mm, but upon request, other dimensions are available. The thickness of the panel is 28 mm or 38 mm, excluding the covering.
Calcium sulphate panels
The calcium sulphate panels meet the highest requirements in terms of fire safety.
Moreover, the acoustic properties of calcium sulphate panels are outstanding. Thanks to its high density of 1.500 kg/m³, this tile can also stand heavy loads.
The upper side of the tile is bare or with a glued layer of aluminium foil, steel, melamine, PVC, linoleum, rubber, carpet, hard laminate or stone.
The edges are cut under 5° and finished off with an edge band made of PVC.
The bottom side of the panel is bare or with a glued layer of aluminium foil against humidity or galvanized steel depending on the desired point load.
The standard dimensions are 600x600 mm, but other dimensions are available upon request. The standard thickness of the panel is 28 mm or 36 mm, excluding the covering.
Steel Encapsulated panels
The steelbox is composed of high-density chipboard or calcium sulphate core in a steel casing. Recommended for renovation projects because of its high bearing capacity and minimum thickness.
The casing is made out of 0.4mm steel at the top and 0.5mm steel at the bottom. Panels are then covered with loose-lay systems.
The standard dimension is 600x600x28mm.
