Prefabricated color steel plate

Sandwich Panel is composed by three layers:

1)The upper and bottom sheets of this panel are zinc-plated steel sheets , color-coated steel

sheets with specific core material.

the thickness of steel sheet is 0.26mm-1.0mm

Width:950mm,980mm ,1000mm ,1200mm;

2)Core Materials Options:

Polystyrene(EPS), Polyurethane(PU), and Rockwool

Thickness:50mm,75mm,100mm,150mm,200mm

the density is 8-20kg/m³

2.a)EPS Sandwich Panel:Polystyrene Sandwich panel

*Polystyrene is self-extinguishing. EPS Sandwich Panel has excellences of light

weight(1/20-1/30 of concrete), heat insulation, rapid construction speed(operate without

humidity and neednt repeated fitment). It is a new type protection structural material

congregates bearing, heat preservation and water resistance.

2.b)PU Sandwich Panel:Polyuthane Sandwich Panel

*Polyurethane is the best for temperature keeping and sound insulation among three types of

core materials. It is most widely used as the wall or roof for cold storages.

2.c)Rockwool Sandwich panel

*Rockwool is featured with the best fire-resistance among three types of core materials, and

with more heat & sound insulation than EPS. It is wildely used as industrial workshops and

warehouses for inflammable products etc.

3)APPLICATION

The color sandwich steel plate is mainly suitable for temperature keeping ,heat& sound insulation, water-proof and fire-resistant functions as well as light and decorative application.
