For new business opportunities or expansion from a existing business, we can provide appr. 80% of capital for your project., provided that you have an equity of 20% of the fund. We provide a bank financing for your project . Minimum volume has to be appr. €/US$ 10 MIO.

We prefer project financing for the Renewable and Alternative Energies, upper class of Hotels , Residences and Resorts projects and Infrastructure projects.

We operate worldwide with a small group of partners in Germany, Turkey and UAE. We working seriously and correct. We dont ask for a fee in advance. We ask for a comission only in case of success.

We search only seriously, sustainable and profitable projects with an independent feasibility study and a professional businessplan. Inadequate projects we don`t like to edit.
