In order to avoid any intervention and/or maladjustment of the brake iron shoe and spring adjustments, the nuts and heads are fixed with strong glue. In case of intervention to the distance of the brake wedge stop screw and spring settings,the car will stop without sliding if the settings are too tight, or slide longer than needed if the settings are loose and may not stop at all if the spring force is too small. Therefore it is strictly forbidden to intervene to the spring adjustments and to setting of the nut that ensures the stopping often brake wedge.

Every Progressive Safety Gear manufactured by our company is released to the market sealed and adjusted according to data such as P+Q, nominal operating speed V, machined or cold drawn guide rails,dry or greased rail surfaces. Determining P+Q: P is the total weight of the empty car and all parts suspended to it, like the flexible hanging cables of the car side, compensation chain or ropes and Q is the rated carload.
