Our floor radiant acceessories is made of brass body,EDPM seal rings,stainless steel SUS 304 sleeve and plastic ring.Brass body material can be CW617N, CW602N, Hpb59-1, Hpb58-2, Hpb58-3, etc;brass body superficial treatment can be tin-plating and nickel-plating.

The side with SUS304 sleeve can connect the same size pipe by pressing of jaw,after installation, it can be seen from inspection holes located in the end of the stainless steel sleeve, whether or not the tube has been inserted until the end of the fitting.

Production process: cutting brass bar ino different sections according to diferent product-----heating these sections inintermediate frequency furnace-----hot stamping-----cutting burr-----shot blast and shot penning-----mechanizing by meter lath and CNC-----inspecting 100%-----assembling-----testing and packing.

Special design assures 100% safety after assembling EDPM seal rings, SUS304 sleeve and multilayer pipes.
