Economical Tile Adhesive

Tiles are installed with mortar, which is basically a type of cement spread on the back of the tile or on the surface you are tiling. After all the tiles are set into the mortar and leveled out, the mortar must harden for at least 24 hours.This ceramic tile install mortar is great for wall tiling as it allows for the small amounts of house movement.

This is supplies dry and is mixed with water to use and is an excellent choice for bathroom and kitchen walls

Field of Application

· Used to fix tiles with any water absorption tiles

· Tiles fixed on external wall suggested size is less than 120cm2

· Tiles fixed on wall suggested weight is less than 20kg/cm2

· Fix tiles on internal or external walls and floors

5~ 6 kg/m2

Application properties

1) Pot life: 2-3 hours

2) Water addition: 0.23 liter/kg powder(6 liter / 25kg)

3) Adjust time: 15 min

1) Substrate should be flat ,hard, level, dry, and clean with normal absorption

2) Clean the surface until free of grease, dust or any stains

3) Old paint or plaster should be removed

4) Substrate been repaired should be preserved at least 48 hours

Application Enviroment

1) Ambient temperature: 5°C~35°C

2) Avoid application if too hot or freezing weather

3) Avoid application under direct sunlight and strong wind

1) May be sensitive to skin in case of contact.

2) Keep out of the reach of children

3) Avoid breathing the dust

4) In case of contact with eyes,rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor

5) Wear suitable protective clothing,gloves and eye/face protection
