PLEASE READ TERMS AND PROCEDURES FOR PORTLAND CEMENT

By submitting any documents to K & D Trading Ltd, you agree that all information is true to the best of your knowledge. All prices quoted by K & D Trading Ltd are CIF and include cost of inspection by SGS, Lloyds of London or like there of.

Upon acceptance of price by buyer, K & D Trading Ltd will submit Full Corporate Offer (FCO), which will entail quantity, specifications, port of delivery and discharge rate / method eg. Forklift, crane etc.. End buyer will be required to sign, seal and return the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) accompanied by a Bank Capital Letter (BCL). We will only accept verfiable BCL not older than 3 (three) days. BCL must be signed and sealed by anAuthorized Bank Agent.

Upon receipt of FCO and verification of BCL, K & D Trading Ltd. will issue a draft of contract to be reviewed and accepted by end buyer, if any detail is not suitable, suggestions and applicable changes will be made at this time, upon finalization of all details, end buyer is to sign and return draft.

Hard copies of contract will then be sent to end buyer via overnight courier service. End buyer is required to sign and seal the hard copies, keep one set for his personal record and and return the other set to K & D Trading via overnight courier service.

After contracts are signed and sealed by both K & D Trading Ltd & end buyer; end buyer will then forward draft of Irrevocable Transferrable Letter of Credit to K & D Trading LTD. Any suggestions and applicable changes will be submitted at this time. K & D Trading will sign and return draft of ITLC to end buyer.

From this point forward all documents will then be forward and exchanged on a bank to bank basis. Banks will verify all documents, contract, P.O.P., Bill of Landing etc.

K & D Trading Ltd , will not be responbile for loss, late or damage goods or merchandise due to bad wheather or an act of God.

K & D Trading Ltd, will not be responsible for fraudelant or stolen banking information from End Buyer. Any stolen information regarding End Buyer will be reported to the local authorities with our full support.
