Polyurethane Freezer Room for Meat Storage with Fire Resistance

1. Meat cold room wall panel

(1) The meat cold room panels male and female, cam lock type, use hexagonal key to assemble. Cam lock is pre-burried in the panel, put the key in the hole to lock.
There is a hat for the hole so that to decorate it.

(2)Meat cold room panels with gasket to prevent leaking the cold air.

(3)Our meat cold room panels meets JB/6527-2006<modular cold room insulation sandwiched panel's technology conditions> standard request.

(4)The foaming material we choose is imported BASF (US brand) foaming material, green to the environment.
The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15 years.

Outside 0.326mm painted galvanized steel inside 3.0mm skidproof aluminum polyurethane insulation panel

3. Cold room refrigeration unit
For cold room, will use Copeland split type refrigeration unit
Refrigerant is R404A
Air cooled type

4. Cold room panel, refrigeration unit and fittings package
We use bubble paper as panels' package to prevent scratching.
Use plywood for refrigeration unit and carton for fittings

5. Workshop
Workshop is more than 30000 square meters and has a complete set of imported CUSBER and OMS production line for polyurethane sandwich panels.
