Polymer adhesive mortar for foam boards

In accordance with the foam boards’ characteristics of smooth surface and not easy to bond, adopting international advanced technology, polymer adhesive mortar is developed as a polymer-modified cementitious material selecting German cement additives. It is exclusively used for bonding foam boards with a variety of walls in exterior wall insulation system, which entirely solves the poor bondability of foam boards.

Recommended Application:

A :Used for bonding the extruded board of the external wall insulation system

B:This product is a powder product used for the surface layer on the exterior insulation system, which adopts the inorganic glue bonding materials and the selected polymer powder material as the base, then mixed with selected high-quality bone meal and various additives. The product can be used mixing with a certain percentage of water.

Substrate Selection: Polymer plaster mortar is used as thin layer plaster on the polystyrene insulation board after the board has appropriate treated with interface agent, or on the cement substrate, the gypsum and the mortars.
