DESCRIPTION

Plywood or blockboard is overlaid by a layer of paper before a thin layer of polyester resin is applied to it's surface. Polyester plywood comes is either matt or gloss finish. The polyester coating gives it very hardy and scretch resistence surface and is water resistence.

OUR FACTORY

Our factory is located in the middle of the wood industry in Pahang Darul Makmur, Malaysia. We are currently one of the largest manufacturer and exporter of polyester plywood in Malaysia and our production quality has always been consistent to market expectations.

OUR PRODUCT

All our products from our Malaysian mills are made of high quality tropical plywood from Malaysia, specially selected in our factory and carefully processed and cleared of any defects that can compromise the strength and aesthetics of the products. All production lines are supervised by very experienced staffs of over 20 years of expericence. All our products for exports goes through stringent quality checks to ensure that every piece is of high quality.

Our polyester is a work of art, from the mixture of polyester to the end product, it is all painstakingly created, step by step to give you a perfect product. Each piece of polyester plywood goes through the following process, application of polyester resin, rolling and spreading of the polyester resin, curing and cutting and inspection of the product. We have a history of over 20 years of expereince and our main strength is to produce high quality polyester plywood or blockboard to your requirements.
