our PVC plasticribbed construction formwork is newly developed shuttering panel for concrete pouring works for construction industry. Because it is light, strong, durable, reliable, much longer service life ( reuse more than 30 times), it can be cut by saw, nailed just same as plywood board, very convenient and simple to use, very fast to assemble, can be reclaimed and no pollution to environment, and since its length can be tailor-made as per clients request, thus it is widely used at civil building construction sector, and it is sustainable best formwork and very good at constructing overhead concrete bridge/high way/ railway where need single piece length much longer and enough strong and light concrete shuttering board. This type is PVC ribbed board . The width for single piece are500, 310mm, etc. The length can be customized as per your request. Their thcikness are 55mm ( 12mm surface plus 43mm rib) As to the length, we can make it any long up to 6m. The unit price is USD33 per square meter. 1. It is very durable because of the ribbed structure. The board surface is 12mm thick. Along the width , there integrated are 8 ribbs, which is 12mm thick and 43mm high, reinforce the surface panel. So the rigidness and strength is very high. They are very durable and reusable 40 times and even much more.

2. Thanks to the ribbs integrated on the formwork board, a lot of stringer, which must be necessary if you use plain boards which have no ribs as reinforcements, are saved. 7. Due to the structure of the tongue and groove , the external (male) corner formwork is unnecessary. We have internal (female) corner which is made of same material and same process.
