Plaster of Paris - Platre de Paris

Plâtre de Parisis formulated gypsum molding plaster ready-to-use for high grade molding uses suck as decoration, bars, cornices, ceiling tiles, sculptures, molds and other special molding works.

• Easy to hand mix or machine mix

• After dry, it has very high strength, very smooth surface and white color

APPLICATION:

Sprinkle powder into water in a mixing bowl. Use around 7.5 liter of water for every 10 kg of Hand mixing:

- Mix thoroughly for 15 seconds

- Wait 15 seconds to let mixture rest

- Mix thoroughly 15 second

Machine mixing:

- Mix thoroughly for 20 seconds

Pour mixture into the mold within maximum 5 minutes from powder Sprinkling time

Remove piece carefully from the mold after minimum 25 minutes from powder Sprinkling time

If you want to paint, paint after full dry

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Do not mix with any other product without of manufacturer approval

Use clean potable water

Dry product in vertical position to avoid sagging (binding) during drying time

Use internally only

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Store in a dry places at no more than 20 layers

Use within 6 month after the date of production. Inappropriate and too-long storage may deteriorate the physical properties of the product
