Most manufacturers of standard firebreak swing doors, reach peak production measures of height and width, when it is necessary a larger wing and strength, MECOSA can make it certifying his production.

The fire break swing doors are designed for the closing and sectorization of special measures. In situation always closed, the automatic door-closing apparatus was acting when the door is openend, and in situation always opened when the sign of alarm issues an impulse to the electromagnet, this one is liberated staying the door totally closed and with the action of the fire the meeting expands intumescend installed in the whole perimeter of the door, remaining this sealed.

One option can be automated the door, and in case of lack of electrical fluid, the electrical picture closes the door.

Always a sure network has to exist and in opposite case there is necessary a UPS that assures the necessary current to close the door.

The frame is made with sheet of steel outlined of 1.5 mm. of thickness. The hinge are of great resistence and are hidden.

Every leaf is made with two sheets of steel of 1.2 mm. of thickness, and joined by means of weld, landfill of rock wool of high density of 145 kg./m3 and plate of fibersilicate to increase it's resistence both to the fire and to the intense trafic thanks to it's great hardiness.

The manacles are of black nylon and lock.
